Since 2021, we have built FORTEN right by having a vision to do things differently than the industry convention, centered on a mission of doing the right thing no matter the cost.
Our group of accomplished professionals have decades of experience in commercial real estate development, design, and construction with over $1B in successful projects completed throughout the United States.
Charles Stewart is a commercial and residential real estate development, design, and construction professional with over 7 years of experience as a tile and stone mason and over 15 years of experience as a general contractor. Originally from the Midwest, Charles grew up immersed in the construction industry and began swinging a hammer early in his childhood with a father that is a master carpenter and a registered architect. After graduating from high school, Charles worked as a tile and stone mason for over 7 years before transitioning into commercial general contracting and obtaining an Associate of Arts in Applied Financial Economics from the College of Southern Nevada.
Throughout Stewart’s career he has directly overseen and managed preconstruction and estimating efforts resulting in over $1.5B in hard bids and negotiated bids and over $1.5B in conceptual and preliminary budgets with more than $500M in successful project awards within virtually every major residential and commercial market segment. Charles has experience drafting, negotiating, and administering every major contract delivery method including stipulated sum, design-build, design-assist, CMAR, and cost-plus.
“Do it right or not at all.” Charles is a true numbers guy in every sense of the word that believes FORTEN is at its core simply a customer service provider that happens to build. His corporate philosophy doesn’t include a fancy company mission, vision, or core values. At the end of the day, we just want to build a company and a culture centered on doing the right thing no matter the cost, period. We want to provide our customers with a high level of service and quality at a competitive price, make a fair fee, and repeat that over and again.
Sean Wuller is a commercial and residential real estate development, design, and construction professional with over 20 years of experience as a carpenter and over 25 years of experience as a general contractor. Originally from the heart of the Midwest, Sean was raised in a family that was involved in many facets of the construction industry. After graduating from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Wuller joined the Carpenters Local Union in St. Louis, Missouri where he honed his carpentry skills for many years while working in the residential housing market for a large general contractor. After traveling across the United States from coast to coast following his passion for construction, Sean settled in Omaha, Nebraska and continued working in the commercial construction industry.
Throughout Wuller’s career he has directly overseen and managed construction efforts in excess of $400M as well as preconstruction and estimating efforts resulting in over $300M in hard bids and over $250M in negotiated work within virtually every major residential and commercial market segment. Sean is well versed in every major contract delivery method including stipulated sum, design-build, design-assist, CMAR, and cost-plus.
